Now that you've all been added to our email list I want to thank you
again for attending our first salon. I was thrilled to see so many of
you meeting and connecting with artists from so many different
disciplines. I know there were even a few artistic hook-ups!
We're definitely going to have more of these events, as this list
indicates; both large salons and more intimate mini-salons. You'll hear
about it here first!
If you're interested in more IAF events, would like to continue the
great discussions with artists from different genres and disciplines, or
would like to give some input on upcoming salons, there are several
avenues for you to do so.
First, everyone is invited to discuss last Thursday's salon on the IAF
blog: http://www.interstitialarts.org/wordpress/?p=92
The website and blog are a great way to keep up with all of our events
and news.
You can also join our FaceBook group:
http://www.facebook.com/home.php#/group.php?gid=7703982714
There are hundreds of people from all over the world in that group -- an
excellent resource! As we plan for upcoming salons in New York and
elsewhere, we'll be soliciting input and ideas in the Discussion area.
And for those interested in volunteering for the IAF, we have a working
group you can join. Just let me know if you're interested and I'll pass
on your info to the board.
And finally, this is an open group, which means anyone can join (but
only managers can post), so if you know someone who might be interested
in attending a salon, send them here:

Again, thanks for making last Thursday a great evening. I hope to have
many more like it!
