Job Description:

 

•            Candidate should have 8 years experience on BI Visualization using Genesys database

•            The emphasis should be experience/familiarity with the Genesys data sources/data base(s) viz. Genesys ICON database and Genesys Infomart database.

•            This should include understanding of data flow process during real time functioning of the IVR .

•            Any reporting tool (need not necessarily be Tableau) that uses the Genesys data for presenting/visualization of the call metrics to the IT and/or Business management.
