Job Description

Mandatory Skill/Expertise
 Experience writing copy for Web pages; ability to organize related
content and present it in an organized, consistent manner. Minimum 4
Years experience in the last 6 years.
 Using the Web as a business tool, using current Web protocol, Web
design best practices, and current Web technologies. Minimum 4 years
experience in the last 5 years.
 Format web pages as valid XHTML documents optimized for search
engines. Minimum years experience in the last 4 years.
 Demonstrated ability to meet with a wide variety of staff to gather
input on program web-content and offer advice on improvements.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Minimum 3 years experience
in the last 5 years
 Experience with Web Content Management Systems – Minimum 1 year
experience in the past 3 years.

Mandatory Education
 4 year degree in English, Journalism, Web Design, Marketing, or
related field.

Desirable Skill/Expertise
 SiteCore Content Management System
 Format web pages as valid XHTML documents optimized for search
engines.
 Web Content Development process.
