introduction

hello all,

i'm noel hidalgo and work for the new york state senate's office of
the cio. during the day, i get to think about innovative aways of
presenting legislative information. primarily, anything that links to
nysenate.gov is in my bag. i'm really looking forward to discussing
avenues and intersections of how we can best use our collective
knowledge and power to change the MO.
