We're sharing a great opportunity to get free compost—while celebrating your local park!
Tompkins Square Park Compost Giveaway
Enter from the East 7th Street entrance between Avenue A & Avenue B
Saturday, April 4
10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
This is a Bring-Your-Own Container event. We'll provide the shovels, just bring a sturdy bag or container and take as much as you can carry out! The event will run till 1 PM or when the compost pile is gone! A limited amount of wheelbarrows will be available to borrow for nearby sites.
