Communications Manager, full-time
We are looking for a Communications Manager to help enhance and expand our communications efforts. This role will be crucial in executing a strategy that effectively shares our mission, programs, and impact with funders, the community, and other stakeholders. The Communications Manager will oversee digital content, social media, and marketing initiatives to amplify our message and create engaging content for diverse audiences. Additionally, they will manage our organizational brand identity, public relations, and strategic communications with external partners. The application deadline is March 21, 2025.

E-waste Associate, part-time
We are looking for a team member to help set up event materials, including pallets and an outreach table, as part of a small team. Ideal candidates will enjoy interacting with the public, answering questions about e-waste and waste disposal, and collaborating with a close-knit operations team. The application deadline is March 23, 2025.

Stewardship Coordinator, full-time seasonal
We are seeking a passionate gardener to lead and implement stewardship activities, including gardening, green infrastructure projects, and street tree care. This role also involves teaching the Horticulture Training Program, and introducing youth to sustainable horticultural practices. The deadline to apply is March 15,2025.

Compost Associate, part-time
We are looking for a highly dedicated, dependable staff person to operate our booths at the Union Square and Tompkins Square Greenmarkets. The Compost Associate is responsible for setting up and breaking down the market booth and selling products during hours of operation (compost and potting soil).  We are accepting applications on a rolling basis and looking to hire the right candidate ASAP.
