We’re thrilled to invite you to share your expertise at Crazy for Composting 2026, our one-day conference at the New York Botanical Garden!
This year’s theme, Composting for Climate Resilience, highlights how local composting efforts strengthen communities and advance environmental justice in the face of climate change. We’re seeking workshops, presentations, and interactive tabling that inspire action, innovation, and connection.
You’ll join a dynamic community of composters, community organizers, urban farmers, policy advocates, students, and scientists—united by the belief that healthy soil equals a healthy future. We believe your work could be exactly what our composting community needs to rise to this moment of both challenge and opportunity.
Proposal deadline: February 6, 2026
Conference date: Saturday, April 4, 2026 | 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
