Potential compost bin / 145 W 84th St UWS

Hi all,

This compost bin in need of TLC is currently in the trash area behind a locked gate of a public school located at 145 W 84th St, New York, NY 10024. I’m assuming it’s trash. 

If someone wants it I could try to find contact at DOE to facilitate donation.
