We need help brainstorming and soliciting companies to make an add

(2) Integrating wiki/blog/google groups/website:
We need help brainstorming how to best professionalize and integrate
all our various web presences, including our website, wiki, blog,
email, and google groups. This is particularly relevant to the
upcoming google grants campaign, in which a major selling point will
be our transparency and openness. If you have significant experience
in the website design or wikis, or are otherwise a good programmer,

(3) Personal Fundraising Manager
We need help putting together some information, emails, strategies for
volunteers who want to work on fundraising among their personal
contacts and communities.
time commitment: this is likely a self-limited 5-10 hour project.

(4) Nyaya Online Fundraising Manager
Someone to manage and expand our freepledge, igive, amazon, cafepress,

(5) Improving existing social networking sites
We currently are on several social networking sites, but all are in
serious need of a system for updating and maintenance:

(7) Healthcare Financing Working Group
We are putting together a working group to explore options for local
financing of clinical services.

(8) P2P Funding of Emergency Cases
This project is related to the healthcare financing working group, but
requires significant programming experience. Basically we would like
to set up a P2P network similar to kiva.org but one that targets
specific patients with particular needs. In the latter sense, it
would also have similarities with donorschoose.org. This would
hopefully lay the groundwork for a more interesting economic model to
use P2P to contribute to a community-based health insurance or other
financing scheme. Again, see

time commitment: difficult to estimate, at this point we need a leader
who wants to take this on as a major project.

(9) EquityEdit Finance Manager
We need someone to act as a liason between ProEdit Japan and Nyaya
Health. This will primarily involve ongoing negotiations with PEJ
regarding how to best structure our relationship given that we now
have significant advertising potential through our google grants
award.
You must have marketing, grantwriting, publishing, or contract
negotiations experience.
time commitment: 3 hours per week over the next several months

(10) Clinic Energy Research
We are looking for someone to research options for energy generation
options, specifications, and grants (sanj and rina, are you applying
for grants on this?). Currently, we have a 3.7 kW petrol generator
but in the long-term will need to make decisions regarding a diesel
generator, solar, wind, and hydro power. See

and dedication to see this particular aspect through.

(11) Clinical Protocol Development
We need a dedicated pool of individuals with advanced medical
backgrounds to continue to develop our clinical protocols and improve
practice management. This will involve research into protocols as
well as dialoguing with our medical director in Nepal (over google
talk or other chat service).
time commitment: 3 hours per week over the next several months

(12) Anti-Human Trafficking Coordinator
We are looking for a dedicated group of people interested in
performing research on how we can incorporate anti-human trafficking
interventions into our clinical activities.
time commitment: 3 hours per week over the next several months

(13) Google AdWords Campaign Manager: English
You would manage the ad campaigns for Nyaya Health and EquityEdit,
monitor performance, and make changes in strategic direction.
time commitment: 3 hours per week over the next several months. You
must be VERY reliable and dedicated in this position as there are
significant risks to not being timely in this project. Email Duncan

(14) Google Adwords Campaign Manager: Japanese
You would manage the Japanese-language ad campaign for EquityEdit,
monitor performance, and make changes in strategic direction.
You must have the fluency in written Japanese at an eighth grade level
(this only involves keywords and phrases, not prose-writing)
time commitment: 3 hours per week over the next several months. You
must be VERY reliable and dedicated in this position as there are
significant risks to not being timely in this project. Email Duncan

(15) EquityEdit Translator: Japanese
You would translate website documents targeting our Japanese clients
for EquityEdit
You must have the fluency in written Japanese of a native speaker.
time commitment: minimal and sporadic.

(16) Microcredit Working Group
We need to build up an organizational knowledgebase on this issue,
because it will definitely be a path we will go down eventually. We
need someone to perform research on the topic and write a highly
annotated brief, with links, contacts, and action lists, that can
provide the next crew of Nepal-based volunteers to start the process
of investigating microcredit possibilities.
time commitment: 3 hours per week over the next several months. Email
