Current Timeline
August 15-October 15: Bishnu training at Patan hospital (see goals
during training period)

November 10: Duncan and Sheela arrive to Nepal, bishnu will head to
achham with them; clinic can start relatively quickly after that.

Management Issues

Discuss best ways to maintain the clinic as MCH-focussed initially
(i.e., address problem of how to triage sick patients who aren't
mothers and children without overwhelming services) - JA: this is
really crucial to nail down. recommend that we discuss tonight,
particularly hear Bijay's thoughts, someone take notes on this, then
we should draft a one page internal policy on this, pass around board
for edits, then will give to clinic staff since they will wonder how
we're doing this.

grievances for care received at the clinic.

Goals for Sheela and Duncan's Trip

On the way to Achham make sure to meet the regional Health director at
dipayal. He was asking about us and told prakash that we must meet
him to inform him that we are starting a new health facility in the
area, under his jurisdiction.
