REMINDER!  Tomorrow is our Nyack Youth Collaborative Retreat.  Please see this message from Phyllis Morena who will be facilitating.  Thank you!




You’re really busy and taking time to come to the Nyack Collaborative
meetings is a commitment from both you and the agency/department you
represent. 

 

Our next meeting, April 23, will begin promptly at 9:15 but I promise
to have you out by 11 so there won’t be any need to pay for parking.
The meeting – our annual retreat—will focus on these monthly
meetings and how we can improve the time we spend together and the
outcomes of our meetings.

 

I’m planning to do a SWOT Analysis to identify the positive forces
that work together and the potential issues that need to be addressed or
just recognized.  Your experiences both at Collaborative meetings, other
community experiences and in your work role will be the basis for our
conversation. I know most of you so I can trust that the conversation
with be open, lively and honest.

 

If you can’t make the meeting I want to be sure your comments are
reflected. Or, if you want to offer some information that you prefer to
do privately, please feel comfortable to email me and I’ll include
your thoughts but not share the source.

 

Our conversation will focus on the Strengths of the Collaborative, the
Weaknesses, the Opportunities it provides and the Trends affecting this
collaborative, your work and our work together. Please come ready to
talk to each other and listen and, please email me at
