PLEASE - You MUST comment to stop the 5G rollout - mini cell towers on every telephone pole:

Over 6000 studies confirm that Radio Frequency Electro-Magnetic Fields (RF EMF) harm, cause the death and disappearance of insects, birds, amphibians (such as frogs, tadpoles) and people. Mini cell towers outside of every home will violate 4th Amendment Constitutional right to privacy, and the right of self-determination. 

Our insect life (food for all birds), our birds, animals and all things are being saturated with wifi radiation - at levels 10,000+ times higher than allowed in Canada, France, Italy and every other nation!

Re:  FCC Docket 16-421 “Streamlining Deployment of Small Cell Infrastructure”. 

We at NY4Whales-NY4Wildlife urge the FCC to stop the proliferation of wireless technology and especially the latest 5G rollout plan which will dramatically increase the atmospheric saturation of Radio Frequency ElectroMagnetic Fields (RF EMF) which are confirmed by thousands of studies to be harmful to humans and lethal to insect life - the diet of migrating and non-migrating birds - amphibians and birds themselves.

We are wholly disappointed that the FCC refuses to regulate RF EMF saturation and has allowed unsafe levels in our environment which gets worse daily with every new installation of a cell tower, smart meter and other RF EMF-emitting devices. Smart meters are more than 160 times more dangerous than cell phones, and cell phones placed next to a bee hive will kill the bees. Where is the FCC? Smart meters pulse an RF EMF field every few seconds, 24/7/365, and cell towers are known and undisputed bird killers. Now we also know the RF EMF is obliterating the food supply of birds, not to mention wiping out our pollinating species; even reptiles and amphibians, who spend much of their time in waters that are electrically conducive, are at risk. While toxic pesticides and spray programs are also detrimental, the blanketing of our environment with this RF EMF, a silent, unseen "elephant in the room" can no longer be overlooked. 

People are damaged in many ways as well. 3-15% of the population are adversely affected by cell tower/smart meter/wifi radiation - and the coalition of opponents grows with each passing day. I myself suffer with constant nosebleeds (a sign of radiation sickness), migraine headaches and cardio-pulmonary effects.  My husband had 4 mini strokes in our home which is burdened with 2 smart meters. 

We are not guinea pigs to be harmed at the behest of telecom companies who have overseen and even wrote FCC regulations. This is wrong. The public is waking up is a large way to the extreme detrimental effects of this unwise cell tower operations - and mini-cell towers outside of every home, the object of this comment.

A brief review of the circumstances of the forced installation of smart meters, and the presence of cell towers, the FCC standards (which were based on industry demands) and more reveal that the saturation of RF EMF is a violation of our constitutional rights of privacy and self-determination - not to mention a flagrant, direct assault on all living things. There is no safe level of RF EMF exposure. How could the FCC has set standards some 10,000 (logarhythmically) times higher than every other nation, including France and Italy, and continue to ignore calls from the medical and scientific community for review of RF EMF safety, calls for restraint on radiation emissions? Could it be because the FCC is run by telecom companies? Even Lloyd’s of London, the largest insurer in the world, has refused coverage to telecom companies for claims of harm by RF EMF radiation. What does the FCC do in response? Try to install a mini-cell tower with a harmful 5G rollout on every telephone pole.

Why does the FCC need to be told that the US National Toxicology Program and the World Health Organization have ranked RF EMF as Class 2B carcinogens, beside lead and asbestos. Why does the FCC pay little or no attention to RF EMF's effects on 3-15% of the human population, on all insect life, pollinators, birds, bees, amphibians, etc., from the massively powerful microwave transmitters.

The FCC SHOULD NOT ASSIST THE WIRELESS INDUSTRY BY PRE-EXEMPTING LOCAL ZONING REGULATIONS. We need local municipalities and their regulations to help review this harmful technology and stop it. In fact, the US Government is wrongfully funding the installation of smart technologies and the 5G rollout which will include a small or “mini” cell tower on every telephone pole in every neighborhood in the US! Neighborhoods are preparing for this phenomenon today as "hubs" are being created that are able to receive the info gathered from smart meters around neighborhoods and transmit them back to utilities and the government. This will be the end of wildlife and birds as we know it. One means of achieving this is the Mobile Act S19 and the Digit Act S88. These bills must not be passed and implemented, as they will lead to the likely abandonment of wired communications, forcing wireless "everything" on all households. 

These are just some of the 6000+ studies that have proven many instances of harm to pollinators and birds by RF EMF. The FCC is determined to harm the public and the environment by blocking local regulations and achieving what can only be called this “dastardly” 5G rollout. People care, and are not going to sit back and let themselves be harmed, watch all insect life disappear, our wildlife ruined by powerful 5G rollouts and mini-cell towers all over the landscape. This is wrong. This can not be allowed to happen. FCC: DO YOUR JOB. PROTECT THE PUBLIC AND ENVIRONMENT FROM THIS 5G ROLLOUT BY STOPPING IT COMPLETELY. STOP PROTECTING THE TELECOM COMPANIES, WHILE THE ENVIRONMENT SMOLDERS AND INVISIBLY FALLS TO RF EMF RADIATION. DO NOT PRE-EXEMPT LOCAL ZONING REGULATIONS. STOP SMALL CELL TOWER INSTALLATIONS. REQUIRE A REDUCTION IN POWER FOR ALL RF EMF DEVICES: THIS IS YOUR OBLIGATION AS AN AGENCY OF THE PUBLIC.
