It’s been a long time coming - the Vancouver Aquarium (the Hell Hole itself) bans captivity!!
(THe Vancouver Aquarium was responsible for the original orca captures in the 1960’s that helped spur the global captivity industry.)

Vancouver Park Board bans cetacean captivity!

VICTORY IN VANCOUVER Tonight the Vancouver Park Board commissioners voted 6 to 1 to ban cetacean captivity at the Vancouver Aquarium, and then they amended the park bylaw to end captivity immediately. The three cetaceans currently at the Aquarium will remain but not be allowed to perform --- and no more cetaceans, even if rescued, will be allowed to enter the Aquarium. The Park Board offices...
