Dear Readers,

After posting this invite on Reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/Harlem/comments/1puweul/help_me_ask_questions_from_everyone_running_for.

We have our first voter to want to participate in this forum. To keep it anonymous to the world (since the world can read the group), I ask of every member to verify that they are indeed voters.

They just need to go on the BOE website and check their VSN number. If you don't have access to L2Data, VAN for Democrats, or WinRed for Republicans, then you can use Rep My Block or you can schlep yourself to the Board of Election and use the computer. Our first voter VSN is 411985519.

I will leave that voter to ask the first question to everyone.
Enjoy !

Theo

Hello,

As you can see from this Google usage graph, most people don’t pay attention to elections until just a few days before Election Day. If you don't create a Rep My Block profile, our few thousand users will simply see the following note: “The candidate was contacted but did not respond to our emails.”

What makes Rep My Block unique is that it was developed right here in New York’s 13th District—yet you do not use it, even while claiming to support the success of local high-tech entrepreneurs. So much for the district candidates supporting the technology developed in the district! That contradiction is, by definition, hypocritical.

I have built Rep My Block to restore trust in the political process after I watched my own rent increase by 1,110%!

Today, I pay twice as much rent as the co-chair of Mark Levine’s transition team—who is also a president of our Tenant Association—while living in an apartment half the size and paying nearly double the rent. This disparity is unacceptable and deeply upsetting. https://www.cityandstateny.com/politics/2025/11/meet-heavyweights-leading-mark-levines-transition-team/409457.

Their strategy used was simple: send people to welfare and have them apply for Section 8. For people like me—who climbed the social ladder through the private, corporate track—it meant suddenly working twice as hard while nonprofit leaders at UHAB collected comfortable salaries without providing tangible services, all with the blessing of elected officials.

The moment I knew Rep My Block was on the right track was when I started seeing political operatives putting up signs across the district using my iconic socialist burgundy blazer. That was my signal of success.

Instead of fighting individuals, I decided to attack the problem at its core: the electoral process itself. I asked a simple question: “How the fuck do these clueless corrupt assholes get elected?”

So I studied the system—every form, every loophole, every election rule. Piece by piece, I built the infrastructure to expose it and fix it.

Over the past five years, I have sent more than one million emails encouraging people to register and participate on Rep My Block. I promised I would never spam them—only contact them at fixed moments: petitions and elections. I kept that promise.

Every time users asked for a feature, I built it. Last year, they asked for a voter guide. Because we already had verified petition data, I added one.

For candidates who choose not to participate, the system simply displays a neutral statement indicating that they did not complete their profile. Everything is automated. I cannot weaponize the system—even if I wanted to. And yes, everything is available for free.

During petition season, I send users a PDF. Using my County Committee access, I coordinate petition drop-offs directly at the Times Square Board of Elections station. This year, I’m asking people to go one step further.

All I ask Rep My Block users to do is help the candidates they care about by downloading the petition, signing it at home, and mailing it back.

That’s why you see a sharp spike in February on the usage graph. That’s when word spreads. People search. They find Rep My Block because it solves a real problem—when it actually matters.

You’re invited to join us on Sunday, February 22, , in Times Square to meet potential volunteers and see the process firsthand. You can also share the Mobilize invite here: https://www.mobilize.us/repmyblock.

I use Rep My Block to advance what I believe in, but I have made the platform available to Republicans, Democrats, and Independents alike—without weaponizing it. That neutrality has earned the trust of frustrated leaders across the United States.

I personally believe that AOC should be the next President of the United States, and I have secured the AOC 2028 brand.

We have gone national, recruiting members across the country, and we have taken control of the Rep My Block / Rep Your Block branding. I own every Rep My Block and Rep Your Block domain—except https://RepYourBlock.com.

By collaborating, we have beaten election lawyers twice—first at the Board of Elections with Paperboy Love Prince, and then in court with Mike Hano—with both candidates winning their right to be on the ballot. The same could be true for you.

All of this was done without any help from any lawyer. Now, it’s time for you to create your Rep My Block profile!

Warm regards,
Theo Chino
