Though I have quarters presently, I am seriously undertaking a search to
find an ideal long term affordable housing situation in the NY-NJ area
(which may areas in town and country as the most important issue is the
ideal suitable of those quarters).
I am a quiet single male who would like to pursue my artistic and internet
interests, who has a paralegal research work background. I don't party (only
occasionally has a drink.
Though I presently smoke, there are benefits to having a tenant such as me
as I have a steady (though fixed) income ... am very quiet and responsible
...I watch TV while I work on my PC. I am PayPal verified ...have
established bank credit references.
Depending on the local housing market I am willing to pay between $250-400
monthly (including utilities elect., gas, heat and hot water), and any
barter offers would be appreciated and entertained.
