Syracuse's Mayor Driscoll says; "Let them eat cake!"

basically told everyone that there is nothing that can be done for the
city of Syracuse. Liberals are running wild in the streets killing
each other with no regard for anything. Syracuse has earned the name
"Murder City." Actually, the mayor, himself, even has a history of
violence against elderly people in the area. Mayor Driscoll got up
before the throngs of people and told them that they can all eat cake.
