I am looking for a decent residence in EXCHANGE OR BARTER for my services
preferably in the New York City, California, or Montreal areas.
My services include paralegal litigation support (research, document
analysis, drafting etc.), correspondence, office work, bookkeeping, personal
and home security, home sitting, home companion (including shopping, handy
man repairs, general home care (no cleaning or child care), pet care,
gardening etc, general business research and development.
Everything depends on the proposed setting which I would expect to be nice
and non-stressful (though I am not looking to work full time as I have a
monthly fixed income).
Country living may be just fine (and preferable), as I'm completely
flexible of circumstances though I require require some written assurances
for reasons of my own security.
I am 48 years old and have been bonded for $1,000,000 and up for any losses
a previous employer (diamond business) might of possibly sustained in the
course of my employment (he never lost anything).
I have some college experience and have been tested to have skills and a
proficiency above a college level, though I have not attended graduate
school.
I have many other interests which could be assets for a position which
include fine art (painting, wood inlay, sculpting), computers (PC operation,
maintainance, repair), gardening [greenhouse, horticulture, agriculture],
samll animal husbandtry, poetry, chess, go, spades, bridge, religion,
international political and military affairs.
