COHOES, N.Y. — Two more people were charged in connection with a
shooting in Cohoes that left one dead on August 11.

One week after the shooting, anti-violence advocate Dontie Mitchell
was charged with murder.

Mitchell was remanded without bail and is scheduled to appear in
court on September 22.

Now we know that two additional suspects are facing charges.

According to Albany County District Attorney's Office, Tyon Baker
pled guilty to criminal possession of a weapon last month and is
scheduled to appear in Albany County Court on December 18 at 9:30
a.m.

Nalik Sealy also pleaded not guilty today to murder, criminal
possession of a weapon and reckless endangerment charges, the DA's
office said.

The indictment, which was unsealed on Wednesday, accused Sealy of
causing the death of Shieer Leggett on August 11. Sealy is also
accused of possessing an illegal handgun.

Sealy is currently being held at Albany County Correctional Facility
and is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 5.
