Amendment IV
The right of the people to be secure in their ... papers, and
effects, against unreasonable ... seizures, shall not be violated ....

BTW, NYPD officer sir "Ellipsis" Kirshner (S.I. Division), please note
that one uses 4 dots for ellipsis at the end of a sentence. (3 in the
middle, 4 at the end.)

Imagine how many police captains would have been involved had the artist
really committed a crime. Four or five NYPD captains might have been
involved if he had spat on a sidewalk.

They are a gang of criminals who persistently conspire, and act in
furtherance of those conspiracies, under color of law to violate your
civil rights. Every one of the lawyers and cops (and every one who
encourages them or helps them) should go to prison.

Federal judges have sometimes placed entire, local school boards under the
control of court-appointed officers (because of persistently illegal
segregation, for example). The entire NYPD intelligence division may need
a remedy something like that.

Amendment I.
Congress shall make no law ... abridging ... the right of the people
peaceably to assemble, and to
petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

the attorney assigned by the court to

Such an attorney is sometimes called a dump truck by other lawyers. Each
client is seen as a load which must be dumped as soon as one can do so
without getting in trouble for dumping. The dump truck's goal is not to
zealously advocate for you but to dump you.

What is the name of this esteemed member of the bar?

When Lederman refused the

Good for you.

I am pleasantly surprised by the judge. What is the judge's name?
Possibly he is someone who should be re-elected.

In article <6-0307992...@zz.dialup.access.net>,

Maybe judges in England should be so elected?
