BLOOMBERG + GIULIANI + KERIK = CORRUPTION!

Kerik-connected contractors poured cracked concrete at new Yankee Stadium.
http://blogs.villagevoice.com/runninscared/archives/2009/10/kerik-connected.php
By Julia in Crime and Punishment, Featured, Julia, Politics, The Mafia

After less than a year, cracks are already appearing in the concrete
pedestrian walkways in the $1.5 billion city-subsidized Yankee
Stadium. The company that poured the concrete, Interstate Industrial
Corporation, is currently starring in the trial of former Giuliani
Police Commissioner Bernie Kerik.

[And all this is happening under Bloomberg's mayoral watch!
"City-subsidized"
means it is being done with OUR TAX MONEY! What other corrupt practices
under the Bloomberg administration have we yet to learn of?]

Kerik, who was the Giuliani-recommended candidate for Chairman of
Homeland Security, accepted $165,000 in renovations on his Riverdale
apartment from the DiTomasso brothers, the principals of Interstate,
in return for recommending them for city contracts they were barred from.

Famously Giuliani-friendly Yankees management gave Interstate a
contract for the new Yankee Stadum, despite their appearance on both
NJ and NY lists of companies with ties to organized crime.

At the time, Giuliani, who later made his crusade to clear organized
crime out of New York an issue in his presidential campaign, said he
didn't know about Interstate's issues (which didn't comfort Senator
McCain at all).

Gee... For a former U.S. Prosecutor Giuliani certainly
seems way too clueless. He was unable to discover things
that have been in the news ad nauseum. My, my, selective
ignorance? So now he's going to be behind our next Mayor?
In Bloombergs camp, because he's campaigning for him? Well,
let's all welcome Giulian back, eh?

Remember the days when Phil used to sing the praises of the
honorable police commissioner who brought crime down? Yeah,
that was his man Kerik, hahaha. Kerik is sitting in a jail
cell now, where we said he belonged.

Why don't we wait until after the trial--and see if he's actually
convicted--before you start singing about his guilt. Or does the
saying, 'No conviction. No crime,' not apply to those you don't like?

Mike, why do you continue lying about me. You've been accusing me of
racism for about ten years, yet you've never provided proof.

It should be easy to do if it was true. For example, I accuse you of
racism and here's my proof:

What Mike says about the Chinese:

http://groups.google.com/group/soc.culture.asian.american/msg/728a4ab...

"Chinese men (the jook-kok, or born in China) are real macho scumbags
who when not cheating on thier wives, are in the gambling basements,
casinos or brothels here in the Gum Shan (golden mountain)."

What Mike says about Australians:

http://groups.google.com/group/alt.fan.rush-limbaugh/msg/14956f2b1b8c...

"Why would we bomb a penal colony with the ugliest women on the
planet?

No wonder Aussies drink so much! "

About Italians:

http://groups.google.com/group/soc.retirement/msg/7a0f3e2981ec594a

"Middle America will accept a Bubba long before they accept a
Greaseball." (referring to Giuliani)

It's easy to back up claims when they're true...but you wouldn't know
shit about the truth, would you?

Yawn.

Phil, every time you re-post what I wrote, I have said the following:

"I stand behind every one of my posts. Can you say the same, Phil?"

And every time, you refuse to say that you stand behind every one of
your posts.

Why are you such a chickenshit?

You drag out old posts of mine, and I have no trouble standing behind my words.

Why can't you do the same with your own posts?

What are you so afraid of?

Oh, you have replied to my posts, not never to the direct question at hand;

"Do you stand behind every post you have made on the internet?"

I have often said that I stand behind my posts. Why won't you?

A yes or no will suffice.

You have also avoided my other question;

"Have you ever told a lie?"

Again, a simple yes or no will suffice.

I have admitted to lying in my life, everyone has...except you and the NYPD.

But LOOK BELOW! Even they can be caught lying a in court of law!

But YOU...YOU still refuse to admit that you have told a lie.

How sad.

You have to give up the "Homebrewing" Phil.

You will thank me one day. ;-)

NYPD cop convicted of perjury
November 18, 2009 By The Associated Press
QUICK SUMMARY
NYPD cop convicted of perjury in statements about burglary; resigns from force

NEW YORK - NEW YORK (AP) — A New York City police officer pleaded
guilty to lying under oath during his testimony before a grand jury on
a burglary suspect.
Pedro Corniel admitted he falsely told a grand jury he saw a suspect in
the basement of an apartment, when he never went to the basement and
never saw the person there.
Bronx District Attorney Robert Johnson says he hopes the case helps get
the word out that prosecutors don't turn a blind eye to this kind of
conduct. He says it "jeopardizes cases as well as the careers of those
who should know better."
As a result of Corniel's testimony, charges against the suspect were dismissed.
Corniel, who was assigned to the 48th Precinct, has resigned. He faces
up to a year in jail.

Kevin Spellman, off-duty cop accused of mowing down Drane Nikac while
drunk, faces 25 years
BY Dorian Block
DAILY NEWS STAFF WRITER
Originally Published:Wednesday, December 2nd 2009, 3:54 PM

The off-duty cop who was allegedly plastered when he mowed down a Bronx
grandmother faces up to 25 years in the slammer because his
blood-alcohol level was so high, under an indictment unsealed Wednesday.
Prosecutors originally slapped Kevin Spellman, a 22-year veteran
detective, with a vehicular manslaughter charge that carries a maximum
sentence of up to seven years.
Several days later, results of a blood test revealed that Spellman had
a .21 blood-alcohol level, more than twice the legal limit, five hours
after he hit and killed Drane Nikac, 66, on Oct. 30, a source said.
Prosecutors say witnesses also came forward and said Spellman blew
through a red light and was visibly drunk at the scene.
The grand jury indictment revealed that Spellman now faces a 25-year
maximum sentence for charges lodged when a suspect has a .18
blood-alcohol level or higher, including aggravated vehicular homicide
and aggravated driving while intoxicated.
Spellman pleaded not guilty Wednesday and his lawyer, Robert Brunetti,
argued that the cop "wasn't intoxicated to any extent" and plans to
test have the blood tested himself.
Some of the two dozen members of Nikac's family, who sobbed loudly
during yesterday's hearing in Bronx Supreme Court,  said they were most
upset at Spellman's lack of remorse and acceptance of responsibility.
Spellman, who is free on a $100,000 bond, walked past them in court
without acknowledging them, they said.
"Drinking and driving killed my grandmother," said Sara Juncaj, 25, one
of Nikac's nine grandchildren. "It's disgusting to see how they tried
to defend him. It's special treatment he received here."
Juncaj said her grandmother, who loved and respected police officers,
told doctors before she died that she understood who had killed her.
"She knew that someone that was supposed to protect her killed her," she said.
Spellman, who has previously been ordered into rehab, had allegedly
been drinking at a bar with fellow officers the night of the accident
and was so hammered that he didn't realize he had hit a woman,
according to court papers.
"I didn't see that guy," he allegedly said. "He came out of nowhere."
