The underground trading platform xDedic provides cybercriminals a marketplace where they can sell and buy credentials to access hacked RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol) servers belonging to corporations and government agencies. It provides tools to patch RDP servers to support multiple user logins and other hacker software. As of June 2016, the marketplace offered access to more than 70,000 hacked servers in some 173 countries. Hackers are selling access to 1,395 servers located in the United States.
