i am being censored. but the net is way to large. that being said,
ATTENTION:

what was covered at the hearing?

i went and got misdirected by some assholes who thought that doing such
was a good thing.

anyway the next one is at 3pm room 14c june 3rd in judge schwart's
chambers

500 pearl street.

the tall federal courts building.

(where the real action is).

oh, also, if carolyn ratcliffe continues to destroy my plants in la plaza
blanquita i shall sue. or if anything else is destroyed in there of mine.

nor does she have my permission to remove anything i have put in there.

nor does anyone in la plaza blanquita.

aka la plaza cultural de armando perez (which is a laugh cuz she just
kicked ou tthe little puerto rican kids and gave their plots to a white
rich guy from san-fran who doesn't even live in the neighborhood and
kicked them out of the garden and because she is still charging for "key
money" and for other groups to give classes/use the place as a filming
backdrop and these activities are not available to the public to enjoy
(charging to deny access to la plaza?))

and on a bad day, i believe she may had have somthing to do with the kid
who died of rat poison under the willow-trees a few weeks ago, and she
definitely is annoyed that people come by and put candles under the trees
on the outside of "her lot" but she nor anyone from lpb has
never offered to let people come in and have a proper memorial service for
the throwaway kid.

his name was bill.

and she still hasn't trimmed the willow trees cuz then she can't make as
much money selling la plaza as a backdrop, even though not to do so
exposes those on line waiting for food around the perimeter to ticks and
also enables the dominican crack dealers to park themselves under the
trees and deal crack and heroin with virtual impunity yet another summer.

and teh linden trees need a tree surgeon cuz they are riddled with beetle
holes in the trunks and may have to come down, but she is too cheap to
expend from her slush fund to properly pay for any of the upkeep.

indemnify the linden trees falling on anyone/any building, anybody?

charging $8 a person just to dance in la plaza blanquita?

i am getting disgusted.

and she also consistently destroys my roses from seeds projec which i am
doing in la plaza and elsewhere.

evil evil witch.

and kids unattended by their squatter mothers treating la plaza like some
day care center.

and they are drinking again beer in la plaza, but cuz they are white
rent-payers, they are allowed to do so.

but poor people are discouraged from eating their lunch there.

i don't think they have sight control or a greenthumb lease -- how can a
leas be given to someone who no longer lives in the neighborhood and who
does not have sight control anymore?

yet she and her minions continue to pretend they have control viz they
"haqve keys" and also desroy the gardening of anyone they don't approve
of.

and teh argument about it cannot suit construction is a crock.

the garden so beautiful and so full of hate these days.

very sad.
