Alex is a performance engineer at FX Alliance, a high-frequency foreign exchange portal in New York. He also works with Columbia CCLS as a volunteer developing a distributed database for tera-scale iEEG recordings. Alex studied computer science at Columbia and nuclear engineering at Ben Gurion University in Israel. He worked for several years as a consultant with HP Software, Credit Suisse and BNY Mellon.
