NY Masters Labrador & Greek Peak Registration is now open. Note: New ticket practice at Greek.

NY Masters, 

After a short hiatus, we are back in Syracuse! Join us and our friends from Mid-Atlantic Masters on Saturday, February 1st at Labrador & Sunday, February 2nd at Greek Peak. We’ll do 2 Slalom races (4 runs) at Lab and 2 GS races (3 runs) at Greek.

- Note that the registration form is separate for the two races, so you will need to complete both if you intend to race both days

- The registration instructions for Greek are below the instructions for Lab

Schedule is as follows for both days:
8:15 – 8:45 Registration
- Lab @ Main Lodge
- Greek @ Middle section of A-Frame (See map, this requires walking up past the main lift)

9:00 – 9:45 Inspection
10:00 First Run
Second Run to immediately follow first run
TBD: Second Race typically 1 hour after completion of first race
TBD: Awards and Post Race Party. Typically, 2-3 PM
- Lab @ “Ole Bar” section of Main Lodge
- Greek @ A-Frame

Pricing For Lab (Venmo only, $5 surcharge for paypal):
- $85 if you need a ticket
- $60 if you do not need a ticket

Pricing for Greek (Venmo only, $5 surcharge for paypal):

- $30 Race fee (does not include ticket)
- Racers can purchase discounted $55 tickets from Greek Peak online via the below process

NY Masters,

Unfortunately, due to field size, we are not able to go forward with our race this Saturday at Labrador Mountain.

The Sunday GS race at Greek Peak is still on.

Refunds will be issued to those who have already made payment for Lab.

We apologize to everyone whose plans are impacted by this change. If you still intend to go to Labrador on Saturday, their ticket window has offered $75 tickets to anyone previously registered for the race. 

Looking forward to seeing everyone on Sunday. 

Please note that Bib pick up for Greek Peak has been moved to the Taverna room in the main lodge. You will no longer need to hike up to the A-frame.

Hi all,

We’re currently working on getting the Lab race re-instated. If you were planning to register, PLEASE DO IT NOW!!!!! Higher numbers will increase our chance of convincing them to agree to hold the race. We will let you know by tomorrow morning if the race is on or not. We apologize for the uncertainty and confusion.

Sad update. Neither Jason nor I could convince Lab to reinstate the race. They said they would provide discounted tickets to masters, and we could run Nastar, but they were unwilling to honor our agreement to hold it on Saturday. 

We apologize for all the inconvenience this may cause you all. It’s frustrating for them to cancel with really no good reason at all. 

Hope to see you all at Greek Peak! It should be a great race 🙂
