week 22 - jdrf ride to cure diabetes nyc chapter

last week we got off the beaten path (9w).  jon reitzes and jim goodin joined me on a training ride through bergen and rockland counties.

i'm planning a similar ride for this sunday.  approx. 50 miles around bergen county.  let's meet on the nj side of the gwb.

please reply if you plan on riding.

Joe glad you are doing MS with Bob. I thought about it but spent a lot on the TA NYC Century in Sept plus my fund energy has focused on JDRF. So I will wave from NJ with Jeff :). Good ride to you Bob and other MSers.
