NYS Releases New CMP Funding Opportunities

NY DOH has released a new request for proposals for use of CMP
funds.

pleased to see that there are opportunities for organizations other
than nursing homes to develop projects.

Information in Brief:

Projects must meet at least one of the following objectives of the
state's Long Term Care Quality Improvement Initiative (LTCQII)
Program:
* Improve resident quality of life;
* Improve quality of care;
* Improve the use of data in decision making; and
* Improve cross-provider communication and information sharing.

LTCQII will award grants up to $45,000 to approved applicants.
