Hi

You need to be a sudo user in order to install files in ubuntu.

Please try : sudo python setup.py install

It will ask for password , type it and you are done.

Today I  hadinstalled wubi. (ubuntu) All was o.k.
Now I want to install nxt-python-2.2.2

I wrote in my shell:
python setup.py install

After copying, adjusting and changing mode....

running install_lib

I get this error:

creating /usr/local/lib/python2.7/dis-packages/nxt
error: could not create ' /usr/local/lib/python2.7/dis-packages/nxt': Permission denied

Can somebody help me. I new ubuntu user.
