Hi,

I'm very pleased to announce new version of NXT(SQLite3 backend
version). Other minor improvements are;
* Fixed annoying empty description related bug
* Fixed IE related CSS bug(no CSS for anchor)
* Removed duplicated inclusion of CSS
* Fixed bug related with filling tags from SQLite DB
* Text character set conversion only if needed (and default charset
is UTF-8)

If you are new to NXT, then please try this version. For users of
older, OmniBase backend version, I'm currently
preparing migration version, please wait if you need to migrate your
data. :-)
