java.net.BindException: Permission denied (Bind failed)

Hi,

I'm new to NxFilter and I'm trying to install NxCloud v4.3.1.2 in Ubuntu 16.04. 

I'm getting an error of BindException When I execute startup.sh.

Error:

 INFO [09-02 17:53:56] - MM, UdpServer started.

ERROR [09-02 17:53:56] - USr, java.net.BindException: Permission denied (Bind failed)

 INFO [09-02 17:53:56] - USr, Couldn't bind UDP 53. You might want to check your permission!

 INFO [09-02 17:53:56] - ShutdownHook.run, Shutting down on 2018/09/02 17:53:56.

I have run the same command with the sudo but I'm getting the same error.

Kindly check and let me know the workaround.

You could have something occupying UDP/53 and you need to disable it. Cloud othere DNS servers including Dnsmasq.
