RHiAD license blocked error

I am running the free version of Nxfilter on a raspberry. I set Nxfilter in my router as my DNS and then I blocked TCP/UDP 53 for all IPs except my raspberry with Nxfilter on it. After I blocked the IPs I started to receive errors so I restarted Nxfilter and now I cant even access the GUI. 

All I get from the logs now are this:

I really don't have much experience with home servers. I just stumbled upon NxFilter because I was looking to find a way to block certain websites. I've only watched a YouTube tutorial and read the Nxfilter guide on the webiste. So if anyone who helps can try to explain in indepth detail exactly what I need to do - that would be very helpful! Thank you!

Your outgoing TCP/80 or UDP/123 has been blocked somewhere. You have to open them. The same problem with this one,
