Netflow problems again

Has anyone else had a problem with netflow export in pfSense 2.3.1 using softflowd? I had it working some time ago, but noticed bandwidth control wasn't working again (version 3.4.9 NxFilter). It looks like everything is configured correctly and showing the flow is being exported, but the collector isn't receiving it. I even tried my backed up settings from a previous NxFilter configuration that was working. I haven't changed anything that I can remember on the router other than doing the updates.

I've attached some screenshots if anyone can help.

My settings in NxFilter are as follows (couldn't get screenshot on remote connection):

Config -> Setup -> Enable authentication checked
Config -> Setup -> Netflow -> Router address correct (10.0.1.1), listen port default 2055, Run collector checked
Users -> users defined with IP address range
Groups -> no groups specified

Services have been restarted.

Thanks.

Why don't you use something like tcpdump or wireshark to confirm where your data going? If NxFilter gets your data you need to see some debug message when you enable debugging. So enable debugging and see where it breaks.

Sorry for the late response Jinhee. As always, I appreciate the prompt response. There is no need to verify output using tcpdump because I can see the output from pfSense.

One thing I failed to mention (and probably the most important) is that I run Nxfilter in a VM. I forgot to open UDP port 2055 on my host machine!

Hope this helps someone else.
