You can't do that on dns level. Allow or disallow on domain level. If it has some keyword in url you can do that with our nxclient proxy.

Use Whitelist > keyword. Block 'fbcdn-video' with admin_block option.
Or on Whitelist > domain block *.akamaihd.net

i tried this fbcdn-video but still the video doesnt stops playing. 

you know any other key word to add on firewall for stop playing facebook videos. please if you have let me know it will be very helpful.
