DG Inventory Tracking

Fellow Digeratti- We need to improve our inventory tracking lest we
start losing gear like the MBARC has in the recent past.

There is a publicly viewable page with the current DG inventory that
has been added to the front page of the DG Google Groups page. Here is

You can bookmark it- Google tells me that it will not change. (And we
all trust in the Google, do we not?)

When you transfer a piece of club property to someone else, it is your
responsibility to notify Mert or myself of who has it. Check the
inventory page in a few days to make sure the current holder is
correct. If it has not been posted, keep bugging us until it IS
posted. The "Current User" is going to be on the hook if we can't
find something.

If you were to require a phone number and place it in the data base. It
would be easer to determine when it might be available.
