RE: [VEG] 5/4, 2pm garden/seed sharing gathering reminder

Hi All,

 

Everyone is welcome to come to our get-together Sunday May 4, 2pm at Lori’s home.  She lives  close to Hwy 26, just north of Cornell Rd. and close to the Cedar Mill Library and Bales Thriftway; her address is 12700 NW Filbert St, Portland. Bring a friend along too if you want.

 

I still have a half dozen unclaimed tomato plants if anyone still wants some who hasn’t requested any, plus lots of ground cherries, purple tomatillos, and maybe a few other starts and lots of seed to share.  Everyone is invited to bring anything extra you have too, but it’s not necessary.  We can see what Lori has done in her garden, answer gardening questions and just have a good time.

 

Thanks Lori, for hosting us!  If anyone wants to bring some vegan snacks to share, that might be fun too.

I just wanted to thank everyone again for hosting and sharing seeds and starts. It was great to meet all of you in person, and I was sorry to have to leave early. If not before, it'd be great to meet up again at harvest time!
