I'm a 21 year old male who just graduated from Northwestern (Computer
Science) and will be working in the area for the next year. I need someone
who will show up on time, follow my program, and push me to work hard. If
you are a novice lifter, but very punctual, that is fine by me. I'm willing
to teach someone who will be a reliable partner. I have two years of
experience as a personal trainer.
I follow an abbreviated (HIT) training protocol. My most recent workout was
as below:
Squat: 10x45, 10x135
Chin: 10x 80, 6xBody Weight
Bench Press 7x125
Hyperextension 8xBody Weight, 12xBody Weight+10
Seated Row 10x85, 8x160
Dumbbell Shoulder Press 10x25s, 8x45s
Calf Raise 12x75, 8x195
I do one warm up set and one work set of each exercise, lifting once every
4-5 days for a little under an hour. I also lift at a 2 up 4 down cadence.
