I've just graduated from NU and I will be moving soon. My 2 BR apartment
(coach house, actually) at Crain/Elmwood will be available on Jan 1, 2002.
It's comfy, if small, and the rent is very low (I paid $800/month). For

The cool stuff:
Very private, serene, and cheerful
Gas stove
Nice front deck
Cable TV
Central A/C and heat
Landlord is next-door
Easy walk to Nevin's, groceries, laundromat, Blockbuster, Dempster El Stop
1.5 miles from Tech (south campus even closer!)
Parking before 7PM is easy
The less-cool stuff:
Not much closet space
Laundry not in building (but only 2.5 blocks away)
Heating not covered by rent (usually about $45/person/month in winter)
Parking after 7PM involves walking (but only one block)
