Looking for a Roommate

GREAT location, SPACIOUS 2 bedroom apartment, and INEXPENSIVE.

My roommate is leaving Chicago, and I like my apartment enough that I'd
like to keep it. Thus I am looking for a roommate. Preferably a graduate
student. So if you are one, definitely keep reading.

I live in a 2 bedroom at Ridge and Noyes (1 block to El, 10 min walk to
Tech). The rent next year will only be $1000, and it includes heat and
water. We only pay for phone, cooking gas and electricity, all of which
are very inexpensive. In addition, there's street parking and you don't
even have to have an A permit. The apartment is definitely larger than
most 2 bedrooms I've seen around here--an entryway, a big living room,
and a pretty sizable dining room (hardwood floors). And we have a
laundry room in the building.
