Survey Summary:

A brief tornado quickly developed and touched down at 
approximately 5:20 PM EDT near the corner of Madison Avenue and 
Southern Avenue. A large was tree uprooted with a few large 
branches and smaller tree limbs scattered around the area. 
Additional minor siding damage was done to a nearby home. The 
tornado moved north along Madison Avenue causing additional damage
to trees and minor siding damage to another home. A truck trailer
was pushed towards the north denting a parked truck. The tornado 
uprooted or snapped a few trees near Christel House South Academy 
before quickly dissipating at approximately 5:22 PM EDT.
