...NWS Damage Survey for 6/7/2026 Tornado Event UPDATE...

.Update...Sentinel-2 satellite data was utilized to aid in survey
efforts of the June 7, 2026 event. A couple survey modifications
were made:

Firstly, a brief, short track was identified in a forested area 3
miles SE of Rogersville, which aligned with a debris signature that
was seen via radar.

Secondly, intermittent tree damage was identified that filled the gap
between the two previously named W Douglas Co and SE Tigris Tornadoes.
This also aligned with a continuous debris signature that was seen via
radar. Therefore, the two tornadoes have been combined into one EF-1
tornado track named the NW Douglas Co Tornado.

.Rogersville...

Rating: EF0
Estimated Peak Wind: 70 mph
Path Length /statute/: 0.40 miles
Path Width /maximum/: 50 yards

End Lat/Lon: 37.1026 / -92.9992

Survey Summary:
Sentinel-2 satellite data analysis in conjunction with radar
analysis revealed a brief EF0 tornado with estimated max winds of
70 mph occurred within a forested area southeast of Rogersville.
An intermittent 50-yard wide and half-mile long path of tree
damage was noted on satellite in the vicinity of a TDS on radar.
It is noted that radar showed debris beginning to be lofted
southwest of this track's start point, but no damage indicators
via ground or satellite surveys were found.

.NW Douglas Co (UPDATE)...

Rating: EF1

A combination of NWS ground surveys and Sentinel-2 satellite
analysis concluded that an EF1 tornado began within a forested
area in far western Douglas County and tracked 8.9 miles, passing
by Arden, and ending southeast of Tigris. Along the track, the
tornado produced an intermittent path of extensive tree damage
and caused roof damage to a couple outbuildings and pushed a
manufactured home several feet. The tornado peaked with estimated
winds of 100 mph and was 400 yards at its widest point.
