Survey Summary:
The tornado started just east of 108 and just south of the
Vincent Settlement elemetary school crossed over Oak Lake Drive
just north of Moss Lake where mostly tree damage and minor siding
damage was observed. The tornado crossed the ship channel and
went across the north portion of Gray Plantation and crossed over
Big Lake Road, where trees and an overturned shed was observed.
The tornado ended just east of Elliot road where significant
shingle damage was observed. Before the Rear flank downdraft
winds overwhelmed the tornadic circulation. The observed damage
to the south and east was from the rear flank down draft with
winds estimated in the 60 to 80 MPH range.

EF Scale: The Enhanced Fujita Scale classifies tornadoes into the
following categories:

EF0.....65 to 85 mph
EF1.....86 to 110 mph
EF2.....111 to 135 mph
EF3.....136 to 165 mph
EF4.....166 to 200 mph
EF5.....>200 mph
