A total of 18 tornadoes have been confirmed in the Lincoln NWS
service area thus far, with additional surveys planned for Monday. 


.Table Grove Tornado...

Survey Summary:
The tornado touched down along County Rd 650 100 yards into
McDonough County where it did significant tree damage, producing
wind speeds around 115 mph. It then crossed into Fulton County
along Waters Rd and did roof damage to a home along with more
extensive tree damage, snapping off large trees. It moved east,
passing just north of Table Grobe then reached its peak intensity
of 130 mph when it laid down a swath of tree damage 500 yards
wide, snapping off trees up to 2 to 3 feet in diameter just north
of Rifle Range Rd. The tornado curved northeast through mostly
forested area, where additional tree damage occurred along with
some outbuilding damage. The tornado dissipated as it approached
E Holler Rd.

Survey Summary:
The tornado touched down about 2 miles north of Table Grove where
it destroyed a newer grain bin with wind speeds around 110 mph
and tossed the debris more than a mile away. The tornado
progressed to the east passing north of Bernadotte and Depler
Springs before dissipating just north of Bryant. Along its path,
the tornado mainly produced tree damage including uprooting and
snapping off trunks. A couple of outbuildings lost their roofing
material north of Depler Springs.

the ground it caused mainly tree damage.

Survey Summary:
The tornado touched down on the northwest side of Morton just
north of the interchange of I-155 and I-74, where it damaged the
roofs of a few warehouse buildings. As it reached the
intersection of W Jackson St and Detroit Ave it snapped off a
power pole and did some damage to business roofs. It progressed
east across Morton just south of I-74 producing some minor tree
damage along the way before dissipating southeast of Deer Creek.
Photo evidence confirmed it was on the ground just southwest of
Deer Creek.

Survey Summary:

northwestern McLean County where it snapped of 3 large power
poles along N 150 East Road. It dissipated shortly after that.

hundred yards to the east. The tornado progressed into McLean
County where it caused primarily tree damage before dissipating
just north of Woodruff.

Survey Summary:
The tornado touched down about 2.5 miles southeast of Funks Grove
where it produced some tree damage along E 400 North Rd. It
progressed northeast crossing Hwy 51 just south of Randolph,
causing damage to numerous trees along the way. As it headed
toward Downs, it caused EF-1 damage to a home several large
trees, with estimated wind speeds of 100 mph. As the tornado
moved northeast toward Ellsworth, it caused more tree damage and
some home damage, with wind speeds up to 100 mph. The remainder
of the tornado path were through countryside areas, with tree
damage the primary impacts. The tornado dissipated about
1.5 miles from the McLean County line along E 1700 North Rd.

55. It then entered Towanda, doing minor damage and ended just
northeast of town.

moved northeast and then broke two more power poles on GE Road.
It continued northeast, doing more tree damage and then weakened
and ended near the intersection of Fort Jesse Road and Towanda
Barnes Road.

snapped the top of a tree off, throwing it 300 yds to the east.
The tornado continued to the east, crossing Hwy 51 and then
ending on Weldon Springs Rd where it damaged another farm out
building and the top of a tree.

Gibson City.

.Delavan Tornado...

field. The tornado stayed in the fields as it moved northeast and
dissipated before reaching I-155.

Survey Summary:
This tornado touched down near Boynton, IL and moved northeast.
Along the way it destroyed a machine building on a farm stead and
snapped the trunk of an evergreen. Debris from the machine
building was blown to the north, northeast, and one 2x4 was
driven into the house to the northwest of the machine building.
The tornado continued northeast and snapped more trees, ripped
off part of the roof of a pig barn. The tornado dissipated after
being on the ground for only 4 minutes.

northeast toward Bloomington, IL. The tornado damaged more trees
and then dissipated 2 miles west of I-55/I-74 on Rte 9.

The tracks for the Table Grove and Bernadotte-Bryant Tornadoes were 
reevaluated based on radar analysis. It was determined the tracks 
needed to be adjusted and the names changed. This resulted in a change
in the length of both tornado tracks and the survey summary. This 
statement reflects these changes. No other changes were made.

Survey Summary:
The tornado began about 3.5 miles northeast of Industry where it
did some tree damage followed by snapping of 7 power poles along
N 600th Rd. It progressed east between N 600th Rd and N 500th Rd
as it produced tree and significant outbuilding damage. The
tornado then turned northeast where it did significant tree
damage, producing wind speeds around 115 mph. It then crossed
into Fulton County along Waters Rd and did roof damage to a home
along with more extensive tree damage, snapping off large trees,
and destroying a machine shed. It also destroyed a newer grain
bin as it moved to the northeast. As it continued to the
northeast it likely merged with a newer tornado that came from
the south.

Survey Summary:
The tornado touched down 2 miles east of Table Grove along Rifle
Range Rd with a peak intensity of 130 mph when it laid down a
swath of tree damage 500 yards wide, snapping off trees up to
2 to 3 feet in diameter just north of Rifle Range Rd. The tornado
curved northeast through mostly forested area, where additional
tree damage occurred along with some outbuilding damage. The
tornado progressed to the east passing north of Bernadotte and
Depler Springs before dissipating just north of Bryant. Along its
path, the tornado mainly produced tree damage including uprooting
and snapping off trunks. A couple of outbuildings lost their
roofing material north of Depler Springs.
