A microburst occurred in the Lennox Run development in
Pedricktown. The most significant damage occurred at a residence
on Clara Drive where a pontoon boat was blown off a trailer and
into a wood fence, doors to a shed were damaged, and a portion of
fascia board was blown off. The homeowner noted damage visible on
the interior of the outer walls on the second floor, though there
wasn't any visible damage on the exterior of the wall. No damage
was noted outside of this development. The estimated maximum wind
speed was determined with the damage to the fascia board.

The National Weather Service would like to extend our thanks to
Salem County law enforcement and the affected residents for their
assistance in this survey.
