Survey Summary:
A tornado touched down between Hwy 31 and Lee Ave southwest of
Oto and moved north across a cemetery, resulting in minor tree
damage and the toppling of several old headstones. The tornado
continued north and lifted briefly as it crossed Deer Run Trail.
The tornado touched down again to the north, damaging trees at a
farmstead along Lenox Ave and then damaging an outbuilding near
the intersection of 270th St and Lenox Ave. The tornado lifted
shortly thereafter north of this intersection. The tornado has
been rated EF0 with maximum estimated peak wind speed of 75 mph.

Woodbury County Emergency Management for their assistance with 
this tornado survey.
