...NWS Damage Survey for 04/17/26 Tornado Event Update...

An additional, weak tornado was surveyed that was in association 
with a storm that tracked ahead of the main line of storms on the 
evening of April 17th, 2026.

Survey Summary:
A weak tornado produced sporadic tree damage from near the
Missouri River, northeastward through Hartsburg, before ending
near Fulton and partially uplifting the roof of an airport hanger
at Fulton-Elton Hensley Memorial Airport. It is likely that the
tornado touched down and lifted multiple times along the track.
