...NWS Damage Survey for Monday April 21st, 2026 Tornado Event...


Overview...

Monday Afternoon, between 2:10 pm and 5:15 pm, three tornados were confirmed
after a Storm Survey Team from NWS Hanford, composed of meteorologists 
Brandolyn Baeza, Alex Cooke and Kris Mattarochia assessed damage near
Biola, CA, 8.5 miles northeast of Clovis, CA and 3 miles west of
Atwater, CA. NWS Hanford graciously thanks the public, law enforcement, media,
emergency managers and first responders for the information shared,
which made this assessment possible.

3 or more tornados. Also, there have only been 3 days with
multiple EF/F-1 tornados.
