Survey Summary:
A weak tornado touched down in a field northwest of a tree line
west of County Road 675N. It then crossed another tree line and
traveled through a corn field with drone footage revealing a
clear circulation and path within the corn. It then impacted a
home north of the intersection of County Road 675N and 100N. It
pushed and rotated an RV, ripped off an awning and ripped a
500 gallon propane tank off the concrete block. The drone footage
then shows the circulation ends east of 675W.

Survey Summary:
A brief tornado touched down near the Tippecanoe River causing
tree and home damage to several properties along Tippecanoe Ranch
Road and Horshoe Bend Road, crossing the Tippecanoe River 2 to
3 times. Two roofs showed significant damage. The tornado then
made an easterly turn, impacting two homes along US 421 before
impacting a hog farm near County Road 500N causing roof damage.
Signs of ground circulation was noted in the fields near the
farm. The tornado then dissipated in an open filed southwest of
550N.

Survey Summary:
The tornado touched down west of Campbell road and impacted
several farm buildings along Campbell road. One of the farm
buildings was completely destroyed with debris scattered into an
open field to the east. The tornado then mostly traveled over
farm fields in eastern Johnson county before impacting two homes
along Rocklane Road. Debris from a damaged outbuilding near the
first home on Rocklane Road was picked up and thrown about
650 yards to the northeast. The tornado continued into Shelby
county where it impacted one home along West 525 North before
traevling through open fields and impacting one additional home
on 600W. It then dissipated in a field to the east. The tornado
may have lifted briefly along the path.

Survey Summary:
The tornado began in Vigo County south of Riley impacting mostly
trees along East Dallas Drive before crossing into Clay county
and doing the most significant damage of the path along
2 residences on County Road 200S. Both homes had their roofs
completely lifted and blown away with a garage also destroyed.
Several outbuildings were also destroyed or damaged along with
tree damage across the properties. There was additional tree and
barn damage further east along 200S with another concentrated
area of damage along a home along 425W. This home had a 100 year
old brick barn partially destroyed along with tree damage on the
property. An abandoned home next door also experienced damage but
it was difficult to determine what damage was new. As the tornado
continued to the east it mostly impacted a grove of trees with
another home impacted on County Road 200S west of 250W. The
tornado then lifted just to the west of 250W.

Survey Summary:

The tornado began northwest of Freetown in Jackson county 
impacting mostly heavily wooded areas and a few residences. The 
homes only sustained minor damage while a pole barn was completely 
destroyed as a tree fell onto it. The tornado continued 
northeastward causing damage to several homes along State Road 
135. One of the homes sustained roof damage while the other home 
had some siding damage and a kitchen window blown out. An attached
carport was also completely destroyed. Power poles nearby were 
snapped at the base. The tornado continued moving ENE snapping or 
uprooting many trees along its path. Most homes along the 
remainder of the path only sustained minor damage, but there were 
a few homes along State Road 58 just east of North County Road 375
West that sustained more significant damage. One home had much of 
the roof torn off with a large tree fallen over onto the garage 
causing significant damage as well. The garage for another home 
across the street was completely destroyed. The tornado then moved
along mostly open fields and rural properties causing mostly tree 
damage before dissipating near North County Road 100 West. Based 
on the damage to homes and snapped trees, the survey team 
estimated peak winds were up to 110 mph.

southeast through inaccessible hilly terrain and diminished near
Hickory Ridge Road to the north of Shoals.
