...NWS Damage Survey for 04/07/26 Palm Springs North EF0 Tornado...

.Overview...

A mid/upper level disturbance resulted in an environment capable of
producing supercells. An outflow boundary from earlier convection
in the Gulf initiated new storms across South Florida late in the
afternoon/early evening. A supercell that formed along this boundary,
crossed Interstate 75 and the Turnpike in extreme northern Miami-Dade
county and produced a short-lived EF0 tornado in the Palm Springs
North Community.
