NWRUG in two weeks — Festive Social

Hi folks,

Our final NWRUG of the year is in less than a fortnight on 18 December, and it will be our annual festive social at The Crown & Kettle. We’re swapping the usual talks and code for cosy chats, good company, and a drink of whatever tickles your fancy.

The Crown & Kettle offers a great selection of drinks, both non-alcoholic and alcoholic. Whether you’re into Ruby, stouts, or something else, there will be something for you. If you’re more into chats than pints, don’t worry. Our socials are as much about connecting with the community as the drinks.

If you plan to attend be sure to register so we can plan for numbers. Feel free to bring any burning Ruby questions or enjoy the festive vibes. Christmas jumpers are optional but always encouraged.

We'll be there from 7.30pm, and our sponsors, thoughtbot, will kindly buy the first round of drinks.
