I discussed this last night but couldn't find the screenshot of the dashboard. I just found it, so here it is for the curious:

This is from a sample of 6 servers in the cluster of hundreds, to give you an idea of the scale of the problem. This tooling is designed to help different teams within the org get strong params violations to 0, and at that point we will start to enforce them by raising an exception.
