Thank you for being part of NWRPCA's Human Resources online community. The purpose of this group is to share information about topics relevant to community health centers, network with other professionals in similar job functions and raise the level of proficiency of group members. Participants in our group are employees of community health centers or PCAs in Idaho, Oregon, Washington, and Alaska (Region X).

NWRPCA monitors the content of its listservs and we reserve the right to cancel anyone's participation at any time for posting inappropriate information. Inappropriate postings include advertising for commercial interests, advertising position openings at a health centers and posts which share information that could pose legal or ethical problems, such as confidential employee information. If you have a concern about a posting or would like more information about posting guidelines, please contact the group administrator at membership@nwrpca.org.

Per antitrust regulations, NWRPCA is not allowed to have posts that share salary and benefits information. Organizations are not supposed to share compensation and benefits information with competitors or any organization that may be perceived as a competitor by the FTC. If they do so they can be accused of engaging in illegal price fixing.
